This weekend marks the first time we can see family or friends, in a group of six and outdoors, in many months.

It’s also Easter weekend – and the sun is out, too – so we’re all looking for something to make a celebratory weekend even more special.

Well look no further, because top Spanish restaurant Evuna has just the thing.

Their new heat-to-eat Spanish feast will transport you and your guests to sun-drenched Spain for just £30pp – including wine and desserts.

Prepared and cooked fresh in their kitchens, then neatly packed and ready for you to collect and to reheat, the chefs have hand-picked a selection of Evuna favourites, with plenty of veggie options.

They’re incredibly easy to prepare at home, leaving you to relax and enjoy a laid-back gastronomic experience that’s all about authentic Iberian flavours.

Start with a platter of Spanish nibbles, including Manchego cheese and smoky chorizo or glossy giant Gordal olives and salted almonds with fresh sourdough bread, followed by your choice of three traditional tapas dishes.

Mouthwatering options include salt cod fritters, Valencian style seafood and fish stew, or rich meaty pork ribs glazed in barbeque sauce with roasted potatoes.

Next, there are three traditional paellas on offer, including vegetarian and meat options.

And then you can finish off with a treat from Evuna’s dessert selection, such as rich Spanish chocolate cake or creamy cheesecake.

Accompanied by a glass of premium chilled wine in the sunshine, you could almost be on holiday.

Who could resist an exquisite Arbeor blanco, an organic dry fruit white from La Mancha? Or a perfectly pink glass of Vina Hermosa rose – a classic Rioja blush rose?

There’s also an exceptional selection of premium wines to choose from if you want to go for something extra special.

Or maybe, like us, you’re dreaming of raising a glass to celebrate a long-awaited reunion with something sparkling, such as a Naveran Brut Cava?

Whatever options you choose, you’re guaranteed a taste of Spanish sunshine – even in Manchester.

The Easter weekend offer is £30pp for groups of two, four or six, for a four course Spanish feast including half a bottle of wine per person and desserts. Order by midday on Wednesday 31st March for collection this weekend.
