Five

They were one of the biggest boy bands of the late 90s and early 2000s, selling over 20 million records and topping charts worldwide.

Now, for the first time in 25 years, all five original members of Five – Abz Love, J Brown, Ritchie Neville, Scott Robinson, and Sean Conlon – are back together and ready to hit the road on their massive ‘KEEP ON MOVIN’ 2025’ UK arena tour.

Five return to Manchester’s AO Arena

The 12-date tour will bring the multi-platinum-selling group to Manchester’s AO Arena on 7th November, a venue that holds a special place in their history. Back in 1999, the band shot the music video for their chart-topping anthem We Will Rock You at the very same arena, with a roaring Manchester crowd as their backdrop.

Scott Robinson reflected on the memories: “Manchester has always been amazing for us, and we’ve had some of our biggest moments here. The We Will Rock You video was filmed at the AO Arena – so to come back after all these years and perform in front of our fans again is going to be electric. We can’t wait!”

Abz Love added: “Maybe some of the same people who were in that crowd back in ’99 will be there again. Maybe even with their kids! That would be wild.”

A full throttle 90s throwback

Fans can expect a full-throttle 90s throwback, featuring all the classics, including Everybody Get Up, If Ya Gettin’ Down, When The Lights Go Out, and their No.1 smashes Keep On Movin’, Let’s Dance, and of course, We Will Rock You.

Scott says: “This has been a long time coming and it really does feel right for all of us now – 25 years on and we’re so ready for it. Reconnecting as a five-piece over the last year has been special and I know I speak for all the boys when I say we can’t wait to do this all over again.

“Hope you’re ready!!”

Abz Love added: “Never in my wildest dreams would I have thought that I’d be standing in line with these folks here in an arena again. It’s incredible. It’s amazing. I can’t wait to get the show on the road.”

With their signature high-energy performances and undeniable stage chemistry, Five promise to deliver a show that will have Manchester on its feet from start to finish. And while they’re bringing back the full dance routines and classic tracks, they admit that, at this stage in their lives, it’s all about putting on the best possible show for their loyal fans.

Sean Conlon said: “We’re in our forties now, but we’re not holding back. We’re doing the full dance routines, singing all the hits, giving it our all.”

And when asked about their favourite Manchester bands, Ritchie Neville was quick to name-check The Stone Roses, while Sean Conlon gave a nod to Elbow.

Welcome back to the city, Five!
