Irene is unstoppable in her passion for spreading positivity and staying youthful, whatever your age. Still teaching exercise classes today, at the age of 83, her energy is infectious.

An Audience with Irene Estry and Friends is in aid of Prevent Breast Cancer charity. Money raised from the evening will be donated to the Wythenshawe based charity to help fund ground– breaking research into the prediction and prevention of breast cancer.
