This May sees the return of the hugely popular Cocktails in the City. Again to be held at the iconic town hall, Manchester’s finest bars collide in an enormous festival in celebration of the most delicious of tipples.

“Bringing it back to the Manchester Town Hall with amazing bars, fantastic music and awesome food”

On offer on the 8 May between 6 and 10.30 pm, will be boutique cocktails from Harvey Nichols, The Alchemist, Manchester House, Epernay, Mojo, Lucha Libre and Elixir alongside many others, including a sneak preview of the much-anticipated new opening Cane and Grain from Lyndon Higginson.

Cocktails In The City 1 Of 10

Just one tenner will get you the cocktail know-how needed to impress the socks off your friends, with onstage master classes taking place throughout the evening, as well as a cocktail book, and (you guessed it) free cocktail on entry.

Will this be the best Cocktail at Cocktails in the City Manchester? Our new northern quarter friends El Capo will be mixing it up with their Casco Viejo – The Big Tahona with passionfruit, apple, whisky bitters – sounds good!

The highest of standards will also be observed in the kitchen, as mega-popular rock star burger joint Almost Famous will be on hand to feed the hedonistic crowds, while Harvey Nichols this year joins the fold to confirm the event’s first rate status.

Music comes in the Mancunian forms of DJs Crazy P and Neil Diablo, and a special ‘Beauty SOS’ area will operate on Harvey Nichols’ second floor as part of the celebration.
