New beer bar Mash Tun opens in the old Grafene site this weekend and to celebrate they’ll be dishing out all the freebies at their launch party on Friday.
It’s open to everyone – all you have to do to attend is sign up to their newsletter. Guests will be in for a treat, with free-flowing beers and unlimited hotdogs to enjoy all night long.
There’ll also be beer ice cream to try (made in-house with real ale brewed right here in Manchester), plus homemade doughnuts and candy floss for those who like something a little sweeter.
Head down for the soft launch and you’ll get a chance to sample them all – with sausage and mash canapes floating around for revellers to tuck into throughout the evening.
Starting at 5pm at running til late, there will be live music from 80’s tribute band The Amstrads followed by DJ’s running late into the evening.
Staking its claim as a live music venue with proper beer and quality food, the new bar will stock 48 different beers under one roof and plans to serve up 1000 combinations of sausage, mash and gravy – pretty impressive, if you ask us.
The self-described urban beer house also promises plenty of proper prints and quality food, with a pewter bar running the entire length of the room and an open glass-fronted cellar with 24 different ales on show.
The new owners have completely revamped the space, promising to bring a slice of the Northern Quarter to King Street this weekend.
Sign up below and be quick – freebies are only on offer for the first 100 to RSVP.
We’ll see you at the bar.
