A stunning new bar has opened in the atrium of the Corn Exchange.
Terrazza is popular Italian restaurant Salvi’s first dedicated bar concept and the Corn Exchange’s first stand-alone bar.
The sleek and stylish bar under the magnificent glass dome specialises in Italian cocktails devised by award-winning mixologist Max Muroni, who has worked in a whole host of establishments across the globe, including 7 star hotels in Dubai and exclusive London members bar Quo Vadis.
As well as classic Italian cocktails, the menu features some unusual and exciting drinks such as the Salvi’s Empire (Aperol, Campari, red martini, passion fruit, pineapple juice) and the Pina Colada Salvi’s Gold Edition (Malibu, Frangelico, pineapple juice, coconut).
Guests can also expect Salvi’s usual stunning range of Italian fine wines, as well as beers, coffees and, of course, prosecco.
Nibbles from Salvi’s deli just an olive stone’s throw away in the Corn Exchange will also be available, including the famous buffalo mozzarella.
Salvi’s are famous for using only the best quality, authentic produce in their kitchens and import the finest ingredients from their specialist producers in Italy each week. So why not take a stroll over to the deli and restaurant post-drink for the full Neapolitan experience?
Terrazza Bar is the perfect place to relax all year round whatever the weather. It’s open from 10:30am-10:30pm, Sunday-Thursday and 10:30am-11:30pm Friday-Saturday.
