Working out gives you endorphins and endorphins make you happy. If that’s not a reason to start your sweat sesh at FitForLess, we don’t know what is.

Let’s face it, we all made those New Year’s resolutions to hit the gym this year. How’s it all going? Not so well? Yep, us too (damn you, Krispie Kreme doughnuts). But now is the perfect time to re-ignite your fitness regime.

Fit4Less, Manchester’s newest gym, offers a fun and friendly environment for people to achieve their fitness goals, whatever they might be. It opened this month, there’s no joining fee and it’s only £14.99 a month. Can’t say fairer than that can we?

The new 5250sq ft gym is the latest addition to the portfolio of award-winning Health Club Operator of the Year 2016 energie Group. It offers all the essentials to get those abs in shape for summer.

There’s also state of the art Precor cardio, resistance and plate loaded equipment to help you get a sweat on. Large free weights and functional zones will get you pumping plus the latest from Wattbike and a dedicated spin studio running daily high octane classes.

Just because it’s great value doesn’t mean they’re cutting corners.  You’ll be greeted by people who really know their stuff. We’re talking professional fitness staff and personal trainers to help refresh your motivation. If you have a gym goal to set, speak to these guys in the know. Personal training is also available for anyone needing a kick start or help achieving a specific goal.

“We’re a really affordable gym,” says owner Karan Vij. “We don’t like the term cheap because the gym itself is absolute top quality.

“There may no sauna, steam room or swimming pool, but we’ve got all the equipment and offer classes – all included in the membership – that you see elsewhere, as well as some amazing new bits of kit.”

We can’t tell you what workouts to try but we can say this: Working out gives you endorphins and endorphins make you happy. If that’s not a reason to squeeze in a sweat sesh we don’t know what is.

The gym is open daily from 6.30am to 10.30pm Monday to Friday and 8.30am to 9.30pm Saturday and Sunday.

See you on the cross-trainer.

Join now on our amazing limited presale offer of £14.99 per month! Limited Offer. This won’t last long!
