The scale of DieCast is awe-inspiring, resembling an entire neighbourhood rather than just a venue.
Located in Piccadilly East, between Store Street and Ducie Street, the new creative neighbourhood and entertainment destination has taken over the former 250,000-square-foot factory in the heart of the City.
Formerly Presbar Diecasting factory, the original building dates back to 1870 and forms part of the fabric of the city’s rich industrial history.
Diecast Manchester
The place contains nods to its former industrial heritage and is no doubt going to be a huge hit across Manchester.
The creative minds behind Ramona and Firehouse have taken on this huge project and transformed this 250,000-square-foot space between Ducie St and Store St into a hub of artistic expression.
The industrial backdrop adds a raw and edgy charm to the atmosphere, setting the stage for something special.
This week heralds the opening of phase One of Diecast; Ex Machina.
