Christmas is a time for fun and plenty of festive treats – and nowhere does it better than Manchester.

Winter Wonderland Manchester, the biggest indoor Christmas theme park in the UK, will be hosted again this year at EventCity.

Highlights of this year’s Winter Wonderland will include performances and workshops at the amazing Christmas Circus, entertainment from Zippy and George from Rainbow plus the return of Pip Ahoy! who’ll be taking visitors to the seaside with a real sand beach and deckchairs.

Organisers Kingpin Events will once again be giving away £50,000 worth of tickets to north west charities so they can offer kids and families a free fun-filled afternoon and experience over 50 magical rides and attractions.

The special charity event day will be for organisations which work with children and their families as well as those that help disadvantaged young people and bereaved families. Exclusive access to the park will begin at 4.30pm on Friday 8th December and run until 8.30pm.

Qualifying charities in the north west can register their interest in attending the free event by emailing [email protected] by 10th November. Applications should include details about the charity as well as their registered charity number, logo and number of tickets needed. Successful charities will then be chosen at random and told via email by Friday 17th November.

Winter Wonderland Manchester will welcome the public the day after the special charity event, with tickets starting at £20.50 for an adult and child. The Christmas theme park will then be open until 1st January, offering families across the north west the chance to experience the excitement for nearly four weeks.
