A botanical sky garden has taken over the rooftop terrace and restaurant at Manchester’s highest restaurant 20 Stories, with a new seasonal theme.

The terrace has been transformed into a botanical sky garden, featuring citrus fruits and the scent of summer to bring an exciting new concept to the city.

The citrus themed rooftop is offering seasonal drinks with a bespoke cocktail menu using Tanqueray Gin as their star ingredient.

Sit amongst the citrus arches, a perfect Instagram spot, whilst you sip your way through their specially curated summer menu.

Drinks include Jin & Guice, with Tanqueray No. TEN, grapefruit sherbet and soda; and St Liquorice, which sees Tanqueray London Dry Gin mixed with cold infused Liquorice St. Germain, apple juice, cardamon and Champagne.

There’s also an elegant gin & tonic tini, with Tanqueray Seville Gin, olive and tonic reduction, and a Cobbler Collins, with Tanqueray London Dry Gin, fermented summer fruits and ginger beer.

And who could resists the brilliantly named Nicholas Sage? A mixture of Tanqueray No. TEN, pineapple, sage and Aperol tincture and lime.

Meanwhile, a bar snack menu includes skewers of blackened cod, Korean chicken or cauliflower satay, plus pop corn shrimp, crispy salt and Sczechan pepper squid, and triple cooked chips with Parmesan and truffle.

There’s also antipasti and charcuterie platers to share.

“We are excited for the return of hospitality and look forward to welcoming you back to 20 Stories with a new theme for the summer months,” says Becky Wilkes, senior sales and marketing manager of D&D North.

“Our aim is to provide a botanical and magical feel that overlooks our wonderful city for you to catch up on those missed moments with your friends and family.

“We have worked hard to ensure we are able to offer a totally diverse and unforgettable experience that you can’t get anywhere else in the city, and we are looking forward to welcoming you.”
