Local calligraphist CallibySteph is offering a great chance for a unique, personalised Valentines card on check out for guests at the hotel.

Swing by the house-desk and grab yourself a personalised Valentine’s card from Steph with her beautiful calligraphy.

Originally from Northumberland, Steph has enjoyed art and crafts from an early age.

She even received awards for her handwriting at school, and has since developed her hobby into a small business.

Steph specialises in ‘Modern Calligraphy’, which is a free hand and experimental lettering style – more fluid than traditional calligraphy.

She enjoys acrylic painting and loves using bright colours, especially pastel tones, bright coral and ocean blues.

She finishes the painting by adding a sentimental or inspirational quote, written in calligraphy. We like to think this makes it really meaningful to the person receiving it.

This offer is for one day only, from Sunday 12th February, 9:30-12:30.
