Nights On Us was established during the peak of the pandemic, and partners with hospitality brands to thank NHS workers for their exceptional hard work by offering free hotel stays.
Since its launch last year, the initiative has already offered over 7,000 free hotel rooms to NHS workers at leading UK hotels including Shangri-La, The Savoy, The Doyle Collection and The Dorchester.
Now Whitworth Locke – the stylish aparthotel and lifestyle destination in Manchester – has launched a campaign in collaboration with Nights on Us to give away 30 free nights (15 two-night stays) to NHS workers to say thank you.
Further to this, in an effort to spread their word of gratitude even further, Locke and Nights On Us will offer every entrant an exclusive Nights On Us Appreciation Code that will offer special rates at all Locke locations.
Locke unveiled Whitworth Locke in October 2018, in the heart of Manchester – less than a 10-miunte walk from Manchester Piccadilly station on Princess Street.
The 160-studio aparthotel, designed around a spectacular central glass atrium, includes a Crossfit gym, a complimentary co-working space which is open to guests and locals, and a stylish meeting and events space.
There’s also a classy cocktail bar, Foundation coffee house, the acclaimed Peruvian-inspired restaurant Peru Perdu, and cult favourite plant shop, Glass House.
“Having looked after nurses and doctors from the Nightingale hospital throughout the pandemic at Whitworth Locke, we witnessed first hand the unwavering dedication of our NHS,’ said Jamie Mackie, General Manager at Whitworth Locke.
“So we are proud to partner with Nights On Us to offer free stays as a small gesture of thanks for their efforts during the pandemic – and far beyond.”
Nights On Us was founded by Jake Pickering and Greg Früchtenicht, who together have over 10 years of experience within the luxury travel and hospitality sector at leading brands such as Black Tomato and Soho House.
“Since starting Nights On Us, our aim has always been to unite the UK hospitality industry to say a nationwide thank-you to our incredible NHS workers,” said Greg.
“Our partnership with Locke is testament to the good will and generosity that our industry can show to some of the country’s hardest workers.
“This is just the start of our partnership, and we’re excited to continue thanking our NHS workers throughout the rest of 2021 and beyond.”
NHS workers that are interested in entering the Whitworth Locke giveaway can visit nightsonus.co.uk/whitworth-locke and enter their details for the chance to win a stay. Entrants will require an NHS email address to validate their entry.
