Did you know Manchester has one of the largest trampoline activity parks in the UK?

With over 100 trampolines to get your bounce on, two Cyber Towers, Battle Beams, stunt boxes and a laser maze, you won’t be at a loss for something to do at Flip Out Manchester.

Flip Out is home to the first Dodge Attack arena in the city. Hit the targets to score points against your opponents.

If you want something a bit different, try the After Dark sessions when disco lights and smoke machines turn the atmosphere into a bounce party.

If you’re looking to get fit, Flip Out can really help with classes twice a week for people of all ages where you can burn up to 1,000 calories in a session. Now that’s a fun way to burn the fat.

There are great deals and packages on children’s parties, offering more than just a bit of a bounce.

There are so many reasons to visit and even more to have a kids party here. They’ve got great deals on a range of party packages to suit all budgets, ages and your needs. Choose from the range of four price packages depending on what you’re looking for.

Bronze gives you and your party an hour of jump time, pizza, fries and unlimited squash. Prices start from £13.95 per person. Spend a little more on a silver party to get added slushies or desserts and a jump pass for the birthday child.

Gold Party Packages (from £19.95 per person Monday to Friday) have even better rewards – desserts, unlimited slushies or party bags and party invites.

For the ultimate party experience, try a Diamond Party Package from £24.95 per person. In addition to everything you get with other packages, you’ll get an extra hour jump time, mascots and hosts to help with the fun, a two hour jump pass for the birthday child and coffee for parents to keep your party going.

All party packages provide you with jump socks and 30 minutes in the party room for your whole group. Lockers and a toddler soft play area are available along with free parking, an on-site cafe and restrooms.
