Away from all the hustle bustle of the city centre, located just at the edge of the Northern Quarter on Stevenson Square stands Rosylee. Opening in late 2013 as a vintage-style tearoom, there is certainly more to it than meets the eye.

The place has evolved over the last 18 months and grown into a stylish restaurant and lounge bar – with great British cuisine and an extensive drinks list the order of the day (and night)!
A prime example of this is their great cocktail menu, which has a mix of the usual crowd pleasers and more adventurous tipples. The dedicated Friday Cocktail Club runs every Friday, from 12pm and into the late hours, showcasing their array of cocktails with two for £10 on all their Classic Concoctions – including the much-loved Aperol Spritz, ideal for a cheeky drink at lunchtime or for after work drinks, to savour in the evening sun.
The deal also includes amongst an array of drinks a the Perfect Lady – a martini given a revamp and made a bit more high brow than the usual, with the addition of basil, and a Manchester Bramble, with a not so secret ingredient and Mancunian favourite, Vimto, thrown in for good measure adding a bit of quirkiness to a classic.
Okay, maybe not part of the deal but also worth a mention is the Chocolate Orange Martini- think of a Terry’s chocolate orange that has done a bit of growing up and the Cox’s Sling, served long and sweet, is incredibly addictive and certainly worth a try!
