The Milton Club hosts its Soul Purpose event once a month, showcasing the biggest names on the DJ scene and attracting a cool crowd. The event brings a hint of soul to the city’s club scene making it one of the most popular nights in town.
Soul Purpose is back on Friday 13th November with RnB king Trevor Nelson who will be bringing the slick and smooth style of ‘The Trevor Nelson Collection’ to Manchester.
Known as a pioneer on the UK urban scene, Trevor is an iconic figure with RnB fans worldwide. From humble beginnings on Kiss FM to his current work on The Soul Show – and who could forget the legendary MTV show ‘The Lick’ – Trevor has had a hugely successful DJ career both in the studio and behind the decks.
Trevor is a true music enthusiast who wants his audience to share his passion for music. He’s known for being able to blend music from the last three decades with contemporary soul hits. With classics such as Michael Jackson’s ‘Rock with you’, Usher’s ‘You Remind Me’ and Lucy Pearl’s ‘Don’t Mess With My Man,’ the legendary DJ knows how to keep the dance floor moving all night long with a night of classic RnB.
