Manchester’s first rooftop pool, which will be as hot as a jacuzzi, is to feature on top of the new King Street Townhouse Hotel when it opens later this year…

Work continues apace on King Street Townhouse, a new hotel located on Booth Street in the Upper King Street conservation area, and set to open late Summer 2015.

In addition to luxurious and unique accommodation, this stunning redevelopment will also offer guests a chance to rise above the hustle and bustle of the busy streets and experience Manchester’s first hotel rooftop infinity pool.

Boasting panoramic views of Manchester’s fascinating architectural skyline, whether you want to lounge, socialise or play, the King Street Townhouse Infinity Pool will ensure a hotel stay well-spent.

This anticipated new hotel is born from a wealth of boutique hotel success. Eclectic Hotels, owned by Eamonn and Sally O’Loughlin, currently operate a total of four unique destinations with Manchester, and have a wealth of knowledge in respectfully converting historic buildings. The group currently comprises of Great John Street Hotel, the former Atherton Street Old School House, Didsbury House Hotel & Eleven Didsbury Park Hotel, both previously Victorian villas, and also On The 7th Member’s Club at MediaCityUK.

Libby Morris of the Eclectic Group said: “Our infinity spa pool will offer a haven of calm, beauty and peace in sharp contrast to the feverish activity and excitement of the city below, something we consider to be aptly `Eclectic` and something we are very excited about.”
