Escape the dismal weather and head up to the rainforest for a mini golf adventure

The Amazon rainforest is one of the rainiest places on the planet. It gets around 80 inches of rain every year. Manchester gets a mere 30.

But Treetop Adventure Golf is the perfect place for intrepid explorers and cheeky monkeys to come on in out of the rain and enter a tropical rainforest where temples crumble, ancient spirits stir and mini golf reigns supreme.

Tee off on one of two 18 hole courses and try your luck at a hole-in-one. Tackle the Tropical Trail or Ancient Explorer, both of which create the perfect backdrop, making you feel like you’re actually in the rainforest – but without the rain!

Nothing is below par on these thrilling courses. Listen out for our singing barbershop frogs on your way to the Cascading River and get heckled by the resident chattering toucans.

If you do make it to the special 19th hole, you’ll be in with a chance to win a free round of golf – if the hungry ancient monkey gods don’t swallow your ball first.

After a game of golf, head to Treetop’s own Amazon village market bar and cafe.

Treetop Adventure Golf is open daily with extra family activities running throughout the summer break. They have even extended the early bird hours from 10am till 4pm during the summer holidays (Monday-Friday) to give all cheeky monkeys more time to explore.

It costs £9.50 each for 18 holes, £4.50 for under fives, or £31.50 for a family of four. If you’re in your swinging 60s or over, its a special price all year round.
