Pizza parlour Crazy Pedro’s is  famous for its weird and wonderful creations which pay homage to British stereotypes through sensational flavour concoctions.

Previous hits include the ‘Dirty Northerner’ made with chips, cheese and gravy, the almighty ‘Dreggs’ inspired by the Greggs sausage roll and last month’s chicken tikka Curry Mile pizza in aid of Forever Manchester (which raised £711 for the charity).

Now the cult pizza masterminds are unleashing a summer special on Manchester’s pizza lovers. ‘Rain or Shine’ is a meaty summer barbecue-themed special to get your chops around.

The latest addition to the menu is inspired by the British BBQ season – a smoking combination of meaty favourites – mini burgers, old English sausages, piri piri chicken and chipotle slaw – which will no doubt be a real winner with all meat lovers.

Lyndon Higginson, executive director of Crazy Pedro’s, The Liars Club and Cane & Grain says: “Everyone loves a barbecue but as every Mancunian will tell you, the weather here doesn’t always play nicely. If you want a guaranteed BBQ fix regardless of the weather, Rain or Shine is your man. It’s a real sizzler and we’re hoping everyone gives it a try this month.”

Available as a special throughout July, it’s priced at £3 a slice or £15 for a whole 16-inch pizza. The unmissable Happy Hour deal will be continuing. From 5pm to 9pm customers can enjoy two-for-one cocktails, 16” pizzas for £10 and single slices for just £2 (Sunday-Friday).
