  • Profile

Reining winner of the Best Spirits Bar in the North West, Atlas Bar has been running in Manchester for over twenty years.

However, when they took over in 2012, Mark and Elaine Wrigley transformed the bar into a stylish Gin Saloon Bar, now the biggest in Manchester City Centre. The bar lives next-door to arches of Deansgate Train station and prides itself on its hospitable staff and warm and welcoming environment, created by its decor inside.

With a menu they call the ‘Gin Bible’, the bar has over 430 different gins to offer, from classics like Hendricks to modern twists such as Japanese-style Kuro gin, so you have plenty of choices to choose from!

If you’re feeling a bit peckish, Atlas bar also serves breakfast from 8am, with lunch options available until 3pm. Although that might seem a little early, a snack menu is still ready to be served, consisting of great British classics like scotch eggs and mini pies, perfectly paired with your choice of G&T.

However, it’s not just its customers that Atlas Bar is dedicated to, but also the environment! Atlas has made a pledge to save the planet, cutting down on needless waste, and has already started working towards eliminating non-recyclable coffee cups by offering its own reusable coffee cups. Every time you use the cup, you receive your coffee at a discounted price of just £1- all day, every day.

If you’re interested in testing your gin expertise, join in on one of Atlas Bar’s Gin Master Classes, either at the bar, in your home, in your office or even at your party. Learn some skills from the experts.
