Benefits for body and mind

Paw Yoga Manchester
So cute!

Puppy yoga isn’t just a feel-good activity; it has proven benefits for mental health and well-being – it has so many benefits beyond just making you smile and feeling all fuzzy inside.

The combination of yoga and puppy play boosts dopamine and serotonin levels, reducing stress and improving overall mood.

When we spend time with puppies our dopamine and serotonin levels can be increased, these “feel good” chemicals our brains release can improve our overall mood and happiness.

Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a beginner, Paw Yoga’s classes offer a unique way to unwind and feel good.

Paw Yoga have fully qualified yoga teachers who will guide you through 30 minutes of gentle stretches and poses.

Classes are aimed at all abilities, so not to worry if you’ve never done yoga before! If you have any injuries or concerns, please discuss these with the yoga teacher before the class starts.

The team at Paw Yoga operate a strict two humans to one dog ratio, so it means everyone gets to spend time with these beloved pooches.

Pay Yoga’s two-year-anniversary celebration

Don’t miss Paw Yoga’s Two-Year Anniversary celebration on the 8th and 9th of June with bull terrier puppy yoga classes, complete with cupcakes and a festive playlist.

Puppy welfare first

At Paw Yoga Manchester, the well-being of the puppies is top priority.

Every puppy is vaccinated and of appropriate age, and we partner only with trusted, ethical breeders.

The classes provide a safe space for the pups to socialise and get used to being around people before they find their forever homes.
