A brand new selfie-friendly cafe bar is launching in Manchester with vibrant decor, colourful coffees, and cocktails served in glass slippers.

Situated on Church Street in the Northern Quarter, On The Hush will officially open on Friday 5th November, and will be open Wednesday to Sunday from 10am until late.

By day, On The Hush is a ‘cute instagrammable cafe’ serving brunch and colourful coffees with sweet treats, but by night it will be transformed into a ‘funky cocktail bar with live entertainment.’

Its bright interior blends faux flower displays against graffiti-covered walls to create a space that’s photogenic from every angle.

On The Hush looks set to become one of Manchester’s most diverse brunch venues with a menu that has something for everyone, with plenty of vegetarian and vegan options, including vegan pancakes with berries and salted caramel ice cream, brioche cinnamon and vanilla French toast, or the classic avocado on toast.

The operators reckon that they have gone the extra mile to not only make sure their venue looks good, but the quality of food and drinks are ‘up there with the best in Manchester.’

Many guests will likely head to On The Hush to sample their novelty hot beverages, including the Unicorn Latte, which comes in a choice of colours, including pink, lilac, blue, green or vanilla and served with glitter and edible gold.

Their cocktail menu is just as mouth-watering, with twists on classic cocktails, including a butterscotch cookie Old Fashioned, a salted caramel Espresso Martini and a Pornstar Tikitini.

Guests searching for the truly Instagrammable cocktail should look no further than the Cinderella sharer, which combines gunpowder and rosehip pink gin, triple sec, coconut, pink grapefruit and grenadine to create an exquisite floral cocktail displayed in a giant glass slipper.

“Our vision for On The Hush was to create a beautiful venue where guests can relax in the day over delicious food and hot drinks,” says owner David Faini, “but then it comes alive at night with high-quality cocktails and great music.

“Ensuring that we have not only a fantastic looking venue but also a great atmosphere and delicious food and drinks is paramount to us, so we’ve recruited a solid bar and kitchen team. We can’t wait for everyone to come and let us know what they think!”

To celebrate their launch, throughout November On The Hush will be offering “241” cocktails every day and their bottomless brunch from 12-7pm for just £27 per person.
