Not-for-profit healthcare organisation Nuffield Health is one of the leading businesses in the field, and has been looking after people’s health for more than 60 years.

Running a network of hospitals, medical clinics, diagnostic units and fitness and wellbeing clubs across the UK, the group has just completed a three-week transformation of its Health, Fitness and Wellbeing Club in Didsbury – and they want you to help put it to the test!

The Wellbeing club have had a complete refurbishment of their gym floor layout as well as installing brand new, state-of-the-art equipment from premium fitness provider Technogym.

The new floor layout now boasts individual zones to help members experience the right level of training for their individual goals and to help them progress when they’re ready.

And the Technogym equipment has been specially chosen to ensure gym-goers get the most out of each and every workout.

With the new kit including SKILLROW rowing machines, SKILLRUN treadmills and SKILLZONE group training, members will also have access to new gym floor classes such as the new SKILLZONE group training classes, and can easily track their progress and download workouts to their phone by utilising the new mywellness fitness app.

Located in the Parrswood Centre on Wilmslow Road, East Didsbury, the refurbished club is opening its doors on Saturday 27th April, and they’re inviting the public to come and experience their newly transformed club for themselves – and put their brand new equipment to the test.

Throughout the day there will be a range of family activities, gym floor challenges and competitions. And Nuffield are offering I Love MCR readers an exclusive 3-day gym pass, which can easily be accessed by downloading our free I Love MCR app.

Nuffield Health Didsbury’s General Manager Vicky Fitzgerald is encouraging existing members to book in for their free quarterly Health MOT to help people understand their health and fitness needs and make the most out of the equipment.

“With this investment, we’ll be able to offer all our customers the most effective and enjoyable workout experiences,” says Vicky.

“The entire transformation has been designed around our members’ needs. Our staff – including our personal trainers and physiotherapists – are really excited by our new space and can’t wait to explain to people what’s now on offer.”

The Wellbeing club’s launch will take place on Saturday 27th April from 9.30am, with a ribbon cutting ceremony at 10.30am.

There’s no need to register – simply visit the club on the day or call the team on 0161 249 5600. Staff will be on hand to talk guests through the exciting ‘SKILL’ line equipment as well as the new Small Group Training classes available.

To make the most of our exclusive Nuffield Didsbury offer, download our free I Love MCR app to get your complimentary 3-day gym pass to be used until 15th May.
