Lunch times at Gaucho Manchester are creating quite a stir on the Manchester culinary scene.

‘Gaucho’s Aberdeen Angus-bred beef
comes from 45 hand-picked farms…’

The sharing roast platter, served for Sunday lunch, offers new ways to enjoy and share a Great British roast, with an Argentinian twist. Dig into a whole roasted Chimichurri infused chicken, or Gaucho’s revered grass-fed Argentinian Rib Eye steak. Served with mounds of roast potatoes, mega Yorkshire puddings, fresh vegetables and Gaucho’s tasty sauces, this is an epic offering.

The Gaucho sharing roast platter can be enjoyed on its own for £18.00 per head (for a minimum of four people).

The restaurant group has also added new dishes to its excellent set lunch menu which can be enjoyed throughout the week. Try Beef Empanadas, Salmon Rillettes or Bruschetta of Tomato, Basil & Goat’s Cheese to start, Rib Eye Steak, Churrasco of Chicken or Spaghetti of Crab for main, followed by Strawberry Parfait Millefeuille, Caramelised Pineapple or Lemon Posset for dessert, priced at £23 for two courses or three courses for £26.

Grass-fed and free-to-roam, Gaucho’s Aberdeen Angus-bred beef comes from 45 hand-picked farms (estancias) that all use traditional rearing methods and employ gauchos who move the cattle from one fresh grassland to another, on horseback. The beef is wet-aged, which gives it the great flavour and lighter, moreish quality that Gaucho is so well loved for.

Gaucho Manchester is also proud to offer a spectacular wine list that offers over 200 top quality wines from Argentina’s very best vineyards, from Salta in the north through to Patagonia in the windy south. With its own vineyard in Mendoza, at the heart of Argentine wine production and where its Viña Patricia and Loro labels are produced, Gaucho’s diverse wine list showcases many wines that are exclusive to Gaucho, all reflecting the best traditions of Argentine wine making and stunning grape varieties.
