Manchester’s biggest street food venue GRUB is now serving all your favourite street food via delivery using independently-owned delivery service Foodstuff.
GRUB’s street food will continue to rotate on a weekly basis, and this will be reflected in its delivery service, meaning every week you’ll be able to get new and exciting street food delivered right to your door.
You can order from all traders on at one time in one order, meaning if you’re with friends who all fancy something different, you can all order different cuisines and still eat at the same time.
You can also get drinks from the bar on the delivery service, as beers, sodas and bottles of wines all from local independent businesses are available to order with your street food.
GRUB has partnered with Foodstuff as their delivery service due to their emphasis on sustainability and that it uses riders on bikes, meaning there are zero carbon-emissions, and their riders receive a living wage hourly rate.
Foodstuff prides itself that it only works with independents, their ‘pedals not petrol’ 100% emission-free tagline and that they carefully vet their vendors to ensure top quality food.
“With the uncertainty around the current situation still ongoing, we are delighted to be using Foodstuff as our delivery service to continue getting Manchester’s best street food out to the people of the city,” says Jason Bailey, director of GRUB.
“Their ethos and values align very closely to ours here at GRUB.”
Delivery is available for those who live within a two mile radius of GRUB and food in this first week will consist of GRUB favourites including Oi Dumplings, Sicilian Bites and Rice Over Everything.
Foodstuff is available via its website and via an app available on both Google Play and the Apple App Store. GRUB’s traders will be serving their food and available for delivery on Foodstuff from open until 30 minutes before closing time at GRUB each day: 4pm-8:30pm Weds Fri, 12pm-9:30pm Sat and 12pm-4:45pm Sun.
