There’s not much we love more than a good barbie. Apart from a free one, of course.
Unfortunately, Manchester isn’t usually blessed with the kind of weather you need for getting the perfect grill on. But in true Manc fashion, the Liquor Store aren’t going to let that get in the way of a good knees-up.
Crowned best late night venue at last year’s Eat, Drink, Sleep awards, you know you can trust these guys to show you a good time.
Pictures of Manchester’s favourite musicians, vintage signage, all your favourite weekend tunes, and a well-stocked back bar boasting fine liquors from the world over are just a few of the Liquor Store’s stand out features. If you fancy dressing up you can, but there are no strict rules on the door here.
Head down there after work on a Friday to tuck into all the free BBQ goodies you can muster – but get there between 5 and 8 pm for your pick of all the best BBQ bites. We’re talking burgers, buns and hot dogs as well as some tasty meat-free options for veggies and vegans.
And you can get some extra bang for your buck with the solid happy hour deals too. Available everyday between 5 and 8 pm, bag yourself two pints of Coors light, two glasses of wine or two gin and tonics for just £6.50. Not to be sniffed at.
