Festive treats aplenty at The Royal Exchange this Saturday

On Saturday, 10th December, The Royal Exchange Manchester will be getting into the festive spirit with their luxury Christmas Shopping Event

Between 1pm – 4pm Christmas shoppers will be in for a special treat as they browse amongst the stores looking for those special Christmas gifts.

From 1pm the amazing Victorian Carol Singers will be wandering along the Royal Exchange Arcade performing traditional Christmas carols, whilst a roaming saxophonist plays festive tunes around the building.

Festive cupcakes will also be handed out in the arcade, but be quick to ensure you get your hands on one!

Tim White and Georgia Orzel from the Building Management team at The Royal Exchange said:

“We want to spread a little festive cheer amongst people as they do their Christmas shopping.

“The Victorian carol singers and the festive tunes on the saxophone make for a feel-good atmosphere around the building…and who doesn’t love a free cupcake?!”

Many of the shops, cafes and restaurants are also getting into the spirit with special offers, promotions, and lots of festive goodies.

Warm yourself up and get cosy with one of Michaels coffeehouse delicious festive drinks, including the Gingerbread latte, Blackforest hot chocolate and the Lotus latte.

Pastan, the new vegan pasta restaurant on Cross Street, will be offering free mini Biscoff doughnuts with any main meal on the day (2 per person)

Visit the Sostrene Grene store next door to Pastan and find yourself enchanted by their beautiful festive collections, with gifts and ornaments to brighten up any home.

French Connection will be offering drinks and nibbles to customers as they browse the collections in-store.

Be treated to a mince pie and prosecco as you shop in-store at our very own life-size jewellery box, Jenny Jones Jewellery in the Arcade.
