Valentine’s Day may be over – but that doesn’t mean you can’t treat yourself and your loved ones to some fine food and drinks for the rest of the month.
Thankfully, Gaucho Manchester is full of inspiration with some tantalisingly tempting treats.
A sumptuous restaurant set in an old Methodist church with beautiful art deco features, Gaucho Manchester is well known for its Argentinian steaks and world class wines.
And for the rest of the month, you can make your visit even more special with an exclusive complimentary glass of bubbles for I Love MCR readers – the perfect way to start any meal.
Just quote “I LOVE MCR” when booking a table at Gaucho Manchester this February, and both yourself and your guests will receive a complimentary glass of bubbles.
On Sundays, there’s even more to celebrate with Gaucho’s never-ending roasts.
Enjoy bottomless roasts every Sunday, choosing from three different joints of perfectly roasted meats accompanied by the finest unlimited seasonal vegetables and Yorkshire puddings.
Even better, you can get all this for just £32.50 per person. Sundays have never been so special.
There’s live music every Thursday and Sunday, too.
Each week you’ll discover an exciting line-up of local, live musicians. You can catch them every Thursday evening from 7pm-10pm or on Sundays between 2pm-5pm.
And don’t forget that this February includes a truly unique day – and one which you can really commemorate with a flourish at Gaucho Manchester.
Twosday – 22.02.22 – is a once in a century event, and Gaucho has everything you need to celebrate the day of twos.
Join them on Tuesday, or should we say Twosday the 22nd of February, when guests who book a table for two will have the opportunity to enjoy their two-course set lunch menu at a reduced price of £22 per person.
Included on the menu is a choice of three delicious courses.
You can start with seabass aguachile, a type of ceviche served with radish, cucumber, coriander, lime and toasted cancha, a refreshing watermelon panzanella salad, or sweet potato empanadas with spiced red pepper puree.
When it comes to mains, you can’t beat Gaucho’s steaks.
They come from premium Black Angus cattle, bred in Argentina at hand selected farms where they graze on seventeen different types of grass from the Pampas provinces.
Try 200g of ancho (ribeye), delicately marbled throughout for a superb, full-bodied flavour, or 250g churrasco cuadril (rump), the leanest cut of beef with a pure distinctive flavour and served in a spiral cut, marinated in garlic, parsley and olive oil.
If you want to try something different, there’s also salmon pan fried with courgette, oregano and passion fruit, tasty paprika grilled chicken with romesco sauce and green harissa yoghurt, or chilli aubergine linguine.
And for pudding, how about limoncello and almond cake with white chocolate ice cream, a very indulgent chocolate and coconut tart, or a new take on affogato made with espresso coffee and sweet dulce de leche ice cream?
On 22.02.22 you will also be able to take part in cocktail hour, where their lovely servers will be providing a mini cocktail at 22 minutes past the hour, all day.
All those participating in the ‘Twosday’ offer must be dining off the Twosday set menu, where you can enjoy two courses for £22. The Twosday offer will be available for tables of two – so make sure to click below and secure your spot for this special event which is simply ‘two special two miss’.
