Soul-Soothing Sound
The journey begins with a grounding meditation, welcoming you into a sacred space. After the Cacao ceremony, you will be invited to lie down and surrender to the soothing vibrations of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other instruments, allowing the healing frequencies to carry you into a state of deep relaxation.

Tea, Fruit, and Shared Insights
After the ceremony, we’ll share comforting tea and fruit while discussing and journaling any insights gained during the journey. Bask in the warm glow of Cacao and enjoy the company of like-hearted women.
What to Bring
Please bring a water bottle, a journal and pen, comfortable clothing, a blanket, and any items you’d like to add/gift to our altar, e.g., crystals, items of meaning, images, flowers, fruit, plants. You’re welcome to bring grounding snacks to share after the ceremony.

CONSIDERATIONS & CONTRADICATIONS:
Cacao contains Theobromine, which stimulates the system much in the same way as caffeine can. If you have a sensitivity to caffeine, then please consult with me, and we will discuss giving you a lower dosage. Cacao can react with antidepressants causing headaches so please let me know if you are on any medication before booking. Sound Immersions are not recommended for the following:
Women in the first trimester of pregnancy
Those experiencing extreme mental health problems such as schizophrenia
If you have a pacemaker or other metal implant
If you are affected by sound-induced epilepsy
If you can drink coffee, then you can generally drink Cacao!

CEREMONY PREPARATION
PLEASE join us on time. If you will be more than 15 minutes late, we ask that you respect the ceremonial container and join the next ceremony.
Please do NOT drink caffeine intake on the ceremony day, and time meals so you are not too full. This will help your system assimilate the Cacao and prepare your body to receive more subtle energy cues from the Cacao. I suggest eating 2-3hrs before the ceremony.
