Put your best foot forward! Big foot strikes again… not hand in glove… it’s foot in shoe! Salford Lads’ Club is proud to host a barefoot shoe try-on day with activities and more – the first event of its kind in the UK
This special event offers barefoot enthusiasts the chance to meet, show off their shoe wardrobe (and buy, sell or trade different footwear) plus try-on and purchase barefoot and barefoot-friendly brands from UK shoe retailer Happy Little Soles – usually only available online! Brands at the event will include:
• Be Lenka & Barebarics (kids and adults)
• Bohempia (adults)
• Merrell (kids and adults)
• Sole Runner (kids and adults)
• Vivobarefoot (kids and adults)
…plus many more! Barefoot shoe experts will be available on the day for free foot measuring and brand advice, and every attendee will receive a free barefoot measurer. There’ll be activities to get involved with where you can flex your feet too!
The event is being held against the backdrop of the iconic Grade II listed red brick building Salford Lads Club in Ordsall, Salford. Known for its connection to Manchester’s musical heritage thanks to the iconic image of The Smiths taken by Stephen Wright in 1985, the club continues to welcome fans and visitors from around the world.
Refreshments will be available, and attendees can support the club (a registered charity) by donating on the day or buying a t-shirt.
