Step right up, step right up as Manchester’s BIGGEST celebration of Craft Spirit producers returns on 17th-18th November 2023 – showcasing Gin, Rum, Vodka, Cocktails & more in the ultimate ‘craft spirit’ showcase.
Watch with wonder and amazement as we unite up to 50 distillers under one roof, each with their own individual stalls. You’ll be able to enjoy unlimited tasting samples from each as you work the room on the hunt to find a new favourite tipple, soaking up not only fabulously produced spirits in the process, but also their backstories, knowledge and know-how in order to enrich your journey with us. From the classically produced, to the fruity, and frankly weird and wonderful, no stone will be left unturned.
Beyond the huge selection of exhibiting distillers (one of the largest gatherings in the UK to be exact), you’ll be able to enjoy full size drinks and exclusive artisan cocktails from the distillers themselves, discover exclusive releases behind our range of bars, and join and participate in immersive workshops and masterclasses lead by industry experts.
We promise you an epic day filled with craft spirit wonders aplenty unlike any other, with entertainment and surprises to boot.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
- Each of the craft distillers in attendance have their own unique space to sample from but also learn about backstories, production methods, botanical make up and tasting notes.
- Enjoy samples from each of the distillers but plan your time wisely as with over 250+ craft spirits to sample there’s plenty to discover in just in 4 hours.
- Like what you’ve tried? Then you can purchase a full-size drink straight from the distillery, or even grab yourself a bottle to take home for your collection!
- Get hands-on with cocktail making workshops brought to you by leading spirit brands.
- Learn about distillation methods and what makes brands unique by attending masterclasses, hosted by established and emerging distilleries.
- Enjoy a drink at our fabulous bars, including our Main Bar and Connoisseur VIP Bar.
