Rise at Fenix Restaurant & Bar

A new series of events, ‘Rise’, bringing immersive sounds, flowing drinks and Mediterranean flavours.

Kickstarting Saturday 22nd of June from 12-4pm to celebrate the Summer Solstice, the new series of monthly events will pay tribute to the sun, inspired by sun-kissed afternoons and golden hour moments. The transportative events will invoke the magic of Mykonos, known for its epic all-day experiences.

In collaboration with renowned Mezcal makers Bandida who will be providing three exclusive cocktails created with Bandida Balnco, Solstice Margarita with apricot and hickory, Mykonian Rickey with oregano, London Essence Ginger Ale, greenery and ‘Yamas’ with strawberry, raspberry and Rooibos tea. Guests can also opt for a drinks package which will include all three cocktails for £35. The exclusive Rise Set Menu will feature plates such as Sea Bass Fillet with grilled chard and Rib-eye flamed to perfection on the grill will be served alongside Spicy Grilled Meatballs and Fried Calamari.

Bandida’s very own DJ collective Konflict will bring the beats providing the soundtrack to extend the evening for their Moonlight Parties from 7pm.

The first Rise event will take place on 22nd June at 12pm and will continue on every last Saturday of the month throughout the Summer. Tickets cost £75 per person with drinks packages available.
