A brand-new immersive scare experience
Truly nightmarish, terror-filled nights await this October with two terrifying scare experiences – The Die Is Cast and The Toymaker.
Prepare to be petrified. Deep in the dark heart of Manchester lies a quarter of a million square feet of deserted industrial metalworks; forgotten, boarded up and consigned to history decades ago. Within this towering maze of rusted mechanical hulks and abandoned machinery, something sinister will confront only the very bravest this Halloween at Time To Die’s two scare experiences.
THE DIE IS CAST
The Dice Master sees all and watches everyone’s step as they lose themselves ever deeper in his gargantuan labyrinth of fear. The die is cast and making it out alive is at stake, braving a truly intense 20 minutes of adrenaline-fuelled panic as the story of each guest’s demise unfolds around them.
THE TOYMAKER
Somewhere in very darkest, most infernal depths of this tortured other-world, a shell of a man hunches over his workbench, long fingers twitching away as he ceaselessly practices his dark art. He is a creator of monstrosities and for those unlucky enough to stumble upon him. Can anyone last 15 minutes? The Toymaker thinks not… and he’s after spare parts. Those bold enough will find a way out, perhaps… but be warned this encounter will drive even the toughest souls to the very edge of sanity. Prepare to meet the face of pure evil as and travel into the Devil’s own dungeon.
WARNING: These are extreme level scare attractions designed to unsettle and terrify – recommended for adults only, the minimum age is 14 years old and above. Matt Page, Area 51’s director and designer, says: “We took one look at Diecast and knew it would be perfect; hands-down the best location we have ever seen for an immersive horror experience and right in the city centre; it’s the stuff of nightmares even without the ghouls. We look forwards to delivering something truly horrifying come this October; this will be brutal!”
Infamous masters of horror, Area 51, have been designing scare attractions for 20 years. Time To Die will feature live entertainment each night, food court and licensed bars, plus tarot readings, mystics, a fortune teller and more.
Tickets go on sale Friday 30th August 10am.
