Manchester Originals’ fixtures have been announced for the return of The Hundred this summer, with Emirates Old Trafford once again hosting four match days packed with exciting cricket, world-class players and family entertainment.
Manchester Originals have confirmed that overseas star Amelia Kerr has signed as The Hundred’s first-ever direct signing. The New Zealand leg-spinner joins Originals as one of the best all-rounders in the world, fresh off winning the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup in 2024. England Captain Jos Buttler, who made the final as part of Manchester Original’s team in 2022 and 2023, has also been retained for the new season.
South African superstar Heinrich Klaasen has become Manchester Originals’ first Direct Signing in The Hundred, signing up on Deadline Day as the men’s and women’s teams begin to form their squad.
Manchester Originals have also confirmed their retentions on Deadline Day, forming both men’s and women’s squads ahead of The Hundred Draft on 12 March. Tom Hartley, Tom Aspinwall and Matthew Hurst’s retentions ensures a local flavour remains in the Originals men’s squad with Scott Currie, Josh Tongue and Sonny Baker also remaining at Emirates Old Trafford for the 2025 edition.
Manchester Originals are back in action at Emirates Old Trafford this summer as they take on Southern Brave in their opening home fixture on Wednesday 6th August.

All fixtures are double-headers of the Women’s match followed by the Men’s
