Reflections on freedom

WE’D LIKE TO INVITE EVERYONE, OF ALL AGES AND BACKGROUNDS, TO OUR MUSEUM OPEN DAY ON SUNDAY, JANUARY 28TH TO MARK HOLOCAUST MEMORIAL DAY.

The full day programme, titled “Reflections on Freedom” was co-curated by The Creative Activists – a group of people aged 18-25, who are seeking to create powerful acts of sharing and connection with their local communities to help make a positive difference in the world.

Over the past few months, the group has been exploring stories in the museum’s collection, which are related to the Holocaust and displacement and responding creatively to the complex theme of “freedom”. This event is their chance to share their work and talk to visitors about what they were doing throughout the project.
