Terms & Conditions:

• If you are unable to attend a booked event we welcome substitute delegates attending in your place at no additional cost.
• For security reasons, all requests for substitutions must be received via email at least 48 hours prior to the event.
• Changes will become effective on the date of written confirmation. Cancellations must be received in advance of a booked event.
• The following cancellations charges apply:
  Cancellations within a 72-48 hour window period = No refund
  Cancellations 5 – 3 days = 50% refund
  Cancellations over 5 days = full refund
• Should unforeseen circumstances cause us to cancel an event all delegates will be informed as soon as possible and a re-book will be offered. We accept no responsibility for covering travel or accommodation costs incurred as a result of cancellations
