Ducie Street Warehouse has announced its four-day ‘Freedom To Be’ programme to celebrate Pride.
Kicking off on Friday 23rd August, Manchester’s popular collective Feel Good Club has curated a stellar line-up to start the weekender with an evening of positive self expression and dancefloor catharsis. Bringing in their famous ‘Make Me Feel’ club night, Feel Good Club has invited headliner Darkstepper, alongside Monoko from Crop Radio, Meme Gold, Aiden Francis b2b Fastlove, DJ Kizzi plus dancers Gert, Trayvaughn, and BolliBubbles.
A Ducie Street x Micky’s – Saturday Brunch Party will be hosted on Saturday 24th August with a menu curated by Ducie Street’s current kitchen residency, the famous Micky’s Sandwich. Menu highlights include the classic NYC Reuben with stacked pastrami, sauerkraut, swiss cheese and a russian dressing, and a meat-free mushroom Reuben where the stacked pastrami is subbed out for mixed fried mushrooms.
The NYC deli classics marry up inspiration from Ducie Street’s New York-style warehouse facade, the city’s iconic 1980s queer scene and NYC’s famous penchant for great sandwiches – as unforgettable as the nights that lit up NYC. Available on Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th August from 11am, and bookable at via Ducie Street’s website
Post-brunch on Saturday 24th August, the Lounge is transformed into ‘Dance To Your Own Pride’ from 5pm until 11pm, featuring LGBTQIA+ DJs from across the city playing unmissable beats.
To follow the Ducie Street x Micky’s Saturday Brunch Party,, Ducie Street Warehouse continues ‘Freedom To Be’ with its much-loved All-Day Brunch on Sunday 25th and Monday 26th August, for those looking for a good-feed with a community feel after celebrating with style.
Join Ducie Street Warehouse this Pride for a celebration of love, community, and the freedom to be unapologetically you.
