This award-winning, feel-good night, dancing with people your own age, to the best mix of 70s Disco, 80s Pop and 90s dance floor classics has been selling out venues and lighting up dancefloors since it’s pandemic beginnings as a weekly online disco during Lockdown. Following over 100 sold out live shows last year and a huge party at London’s indigo at The O2 in April 2024, Discos for Grown Ups is bringing this unrivalled and unique night to a dance floor near you. Expect to hear the likes of, ABBA, Shalamar, The Human League, CHIC, Black Box, Dead Or Alive, Sister Sledge, Wham, Erasure, Faithless, Blondie, Madonna and more.

Discos for Grown Ups was founded by ex-record industry executive Simon Stanford after being frustrated there was nowhere suitable to go as a ‘grown up’ for a great night of dancing to the music he loved. Based in Nottinghamshire, it started as a weekly online disco during lockdown and thanks to its good vibes and unique concept has transcended its online status and since taken place at incredible venues across the country, including, ballrooms, town halls, theatres, cathedrals, and museums!
