Nature connection sessions with Suzy McCafferty
In this 70-minute session, we invite you to celebrate the summer solstice by mindfully connecting with nature. We’ll begin the session by sharing some folklore and traditions about the solstice itself, using this as a foundation to connect with the beautiful woodland at RHS Bridgewater. We’ll take time to be present with nature, practice gratitude for the arrival of summer, as well as savouring the sights, sounds and smells of the garden to give us a boost of positivity. We hope you’ll leave the session feeling relaxed, present and connected.
