BRINGING the Mediterranean to Manchester, Salvi’s Mozzarella Bar at The Triangle Shopping Centre serves up authentic Italian dishes, in equally authentic surroundings.

And now, new for the Summer, diners can tuck into Salvi’s tasty new summer specials board, whilst learning the basics of the language of love.

If hearing Italian sends you weak at the knees and love nothing more than a hearty Italian feast, Salvi’s Italian Nights are just for you.

You’ll be treated to basic Italian language lessons, while savouring the latest delicacy, the Burrata, a 3-course meal and glass of Prosecco or a beer – all for just £20.

New to the menu this summer, fresh from the Salvi’s family-run farm in Milan, the Burrata offers a rich, sweet, milky flavours, and is sure to become a summer favourite.

Like unwrapping a present, when the Burrata is sliced open, its ritagli-thickened cream flows out from inside its tough, silky outer shell.

Held on a Monday and Tuesday Evening from 6pm, Italian Nights are definitely the new way to learn. Perfect for city workers, dwellers, friends or couples who want to enjoy a tasty bite to eat after work, while picking up a new language.

So, if you’re planning a trip to Italy this summer and want to learn the basics, head down to Salvi’s Deli.

Serving authentic Italian produce and dishes, the family-run deli offers city workers a genuine piece of Italy from freshly made antipasti platters to cooked-to-order hot pasta. As well, large selections of products are available to purchase for consumption at home.
