Look no further than these 8 egg hunts in Manchester and the surrounding areas, all of which cost less than £5 to participate.

From a trail around the beautiful Fletcher Moss Park to a free Easter egg hunt at Houldsworth Mill, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

So grab your baskets and get ready to hunt!

  1. Broad Oak Hearts Trail, Fletcher Moss Park

Explore the beautiful Fletcher Moss Park and find the decorated hearts on this Easter egg hunt. The trail runs from 1st to 19th April 2023, and all you need to do is pick up your trail from the cafe for a suggested donation of £1.

  1. Easter Egg Hunt at Smithills Open Farm, Bolton

Head to Smithills Open Farm in Bolton between 1st to 10th April 2023 for a fun Easter egg hunt. Each participating child gets to choose an Easter egg or Easter teddy bear, and there are lots of sweets and chocolates too. Standard farm admission applies, plus £3 per child for the hunt.

  1. Heaton Park Big Egg Hunt

Join the Big Egg Hunt at Heaton Park on 8th and 9th April 2023 for just £3 per person. Pick up your trail map from the reception at the Stables, and when you figure out the secret word, come back to reception to claim your free chocolate egg and certificate.

  1. The Great Golden Easter Egg Heist Trail, Sale

Become a detective and help Freddie the Fox follow the trail of the stolen Golden Easter Eggs. FREE trail maps are available from Bean & Brush Art cafe, with Easter treats waiting for you at the end. The trail runs from 3rd to 8th April 2023.

  1. Easter Egg Hunt, Boothstown Village Hall

On 8th April 2023, the Easter Bunny will hide letters around Boothstown for you to find. Use the letters to spell Easter words and receive a chocolate reward when you return to the Village Hall. Maps are available for £1 per person.

Join the annual Easter egg hunt at Cadishead Rhinos ARLFC and hunt for Easter eggs. The event runs on 8th April 2023 and costs only £3 for 1 child and £1 for each additional child.
