Côte Brasserie take over Prohibition Bar – Opening Soon

"Robust French flavours, cheery continental vibes and brilliant value for money..."

Residing just off the beaten track night spot of Manchester’s Deansgate, Côte Manchester has taken Prohibition bar’s unit on St Mary’s Street, in a bid to bring a touch of Parisian cool to an already cosmopolitan environment.

Already with 12 sites down South, Cote Brasserie claims to be a modern interpretation of the many famous bistros of Paris. Dedicated to serving authentic classic brasserie dishes with a modern twist, using high quality produce at great prices.

On the menu, we will find brasserie favourites on their à la carte menu such as steak frites, moules marinières, corn-fed chicken from rural Brittany and tuna Niçoise, for dessert, Côte’s crème caramel and crème brûlee are much-loved house specialities.

Cote Restaurant will present a fair few jobs with decent perks, such as free meals on shift, fantastic staff discounts and 28 days holiday. They’ve already advertised for a Chef de Partie for starters >>

If successful, they want to open until 11.30pm on weekdays and until 2.30am at weekends for breakfast, through to lunch and dinner.
