Planning a visit to the Corn Exchange? Not sure which is the restaurant for you – especially if you’ve embarked on a new healthy eating regime? Fear not because the Corn Exchange has launched Manchester’s first concierge-style dining service to help you choose the right place for you.

On arrival, you will be greeted by a member of the Corn Exchange host team who are fully trained on the restaurants’ menus. After describing your eating plans, you will be directed to one of the 13 restaurants on site.

For the vegans out there, try Pho’s Super Green Pho with green beans, pak choi and lime in a delicious vegetable broth, or take a trip to Mowgli to sample the specially designed vegan menu including dishes such as tangy Picnic Potato Curry.

Cosy Club’s dedicated gluten free menu includes a range of tasty dishes from  sea bass to tapas and Wahaca’s guide to gluten free food guarantees a delicious meal for all those wheat-free diners.

For the fitness conscious, try Banyan’s Energiser breakfast. Or head down to Byron for a skinny burger or to Cabana for succulent steak and palmito for the ultimate post work out protein hit.

And if you’re just making an effort to be healthier, the Corn Exchange’s restaurants give you plenty of options. From the Leggera options at Pizza Express at under 500 calories each, Tampopo’s Thai chicken salad and Zizzi’s skinny pizzas, you’re sure to find something to suit your good intentions.

Whether you want to find the right place to help you stay on course with your new healthy eating regime or whether you’ve abandoned that New Year’s resolution and just want to satisfy your craving for a treat or two, the helpful team at the Corn Exchange will be on hand throughout January to help you find a meal to suit you and enjoy some of the best cuisine Manchester has to offer.
