Bottoms up! NQ favourites launch brand new bottomless and boozy brunch options

Northern Quarter favourites Rosylee and Walrus have launched two brand new brunch options for you to enjoy at weekends.

Start the weekend party early with Rosylee’s Bottom’s Up Brunch – with bottomless Buck’s Fizz, Bloody Marys, prosecco and pints to accompany your favourite breakfast dish.

Choose from a full English, halloumi breakfast, eggs benedict or eggs royale then add your choice of tipple. Breakfast dishes start from £6.50. Bottomless Buck’s Fizz, Bloody Marys and pints are £12.50, and prosecco is £15.

Bottom’s Up is available every Saturday and Sunday between 10am and 2pm. You must book in advance by calling Rosylee on 0161 228 6629 or online at rosylee.com.

And Sunday brunch just got a whole lot more exciting with the launch of Hip Hop Brunch at NQ favourite, Walrus.

Putting a fresh spin on Sunday afternoons, you can enjoy freshly made pizzas loaded with all your favourite breakfast toppings to hit the Sunday hangover spot. There’s also boozy sharers and a DJ spinning all that hip hop you like, from old skool classics to the the latest sounds.

Prices start from just £5 for a 10 inch pizza and there’s a choice of calzone or a 15 inch for those with a bigger appetite. And with boozy sharers on offer to accompany your choice of pizza, Sundays definitely just got a whole lot more fun. Choose from Mimosas, Bloody Marys or the famous Zombie mix, available from £10 a jug.

What’s on the menu? If you’re nursing a hangover go for the Aint Nothing But a ‘Bean’ Thang – a tomato based pizza, with lashings of Monterey Jack and mozzarella, baked beans and hash browns.

Meat fans will love Drop It Like It Shot – loaded with pepperoni, sausage, streaky bacon, pulled pork, jalapeños, tabasco, topped with an egg and served with a shot of tequila.

And for anyone with a sweet tooth, This Sh*t is Bananas smothered with Nutella, Griottine cherries, bananas and squirty cream should hit the spot.

  • Maximum table time 1.5 hours per sitting.
  • Maximum 6 people per table.
  • One drink ordered at a time, per person.
  • Pay full price for the breakfast dish plus one off cost for alcohol of your choice – only one can be selected, not multiples.
  • Management reserve the right at all times to refuse service to anyone they consider to be intoxicated or drinking irresponsibly.
