Bohemia Bar and Grill makes Manchester go “on nom nom”

Bohemia Bar and Grill have introduced a brand new menu with an exciting take on the classic sizzler, designed to give customers the chance to create their perfect dish depending on their mood.

Firstly, diners are offered a choice of sizzlers; Chargrilled chicken breast (£14.95), Chargrilled 10oz rump steak (£15.95), Chargrilled black tiger king prawns (£15.95) or Chargrilled vegetables (£11.95). Diners then select their glaze. There are 25 to choose from, from classics like Peppercorn, Lemon & pepper, Garlic & herb, Bearnaise, Smoky BBQ, Balsamic and Sweet chilli to the more exotic flavours such as Thai green, Teriyaki, Jerk, Cajan, Szechan and Bulgagi.

Each sizzler is served with sautéed mixed peppers, vine cherry tomatoes, onion and garlic.

A vast selection of sides are also available, with 15 options to choose from. Highlights include Sweet potato chips, Cajan coated onion rings, Creamy mash potato and Jalapeño coleslaw. For healthier options, try Sautéed seasonal vegetables, a classic Green salad or Jasmine and coriander rice. (All £3.25).

Steaks, Sharing platters and an A La Carte menu of seasonal dishes are also available. Highlights include Vegetable Haloumi Kebabs, served with seasonal chargrilled vegetables, dips and a side salad (£10.95) and Mixed grill fish platter which includes Half lobster, Black tiger prawns, Fish cakes and a choice of Seasbass or Salmon with dips (£24.95 for one £38.00 for two).

Starters include Pan Seared Tuna, served on a five bean salad (£7.75), Homemade Crab Cakes, with garlic, aioli and chilli mayonnaise dips (£6.95) and Mixed Wild Mushrooms, sautéed with garlic, cooked in a Pinot Grigio cream sauce and served on toasted ciabatta (£6.25).

To finish, desserts include Chocolate brownie (£4.50), Strawberry & clotted cream tart (£4.50) and a liquid dessert; Strawberry cheesecake cocktail – Vodka, Cointreau and strawberry puree, topped with cream and crumble Oreo cookies. (£5.95).

Situated in the heart of Castlefield, Bohemia provides a stylish setting for intimate dinners and larger parties. Guest pianists regularly perform, adding to the laid back vibe.
