Be it to improve your mental or physical health, to lose weight, out of boredom or to save money, more and more people are giving up drinking and going sober.

Instead of wild nights out, people are opting instead for coffee dates, hikes, and other health-positive activities.

But just because you’ve given up the sauce, doesn’t mean you can’t still have a great night out in Manchester.

We are awash with fantastic things to do sober, and we’ve put together a handy list of things you can enjoy without the hangover.

Best of all,  you might even remember it.

Or a least be able to laugh at your drunken friends making fools of themselves.

Here are our suggestions for a belter sober date in Manchester.

Gone sober for Dry January?

It doesn’t mean you can’t head for a nice meal or alcohol-free cocktails. Check out these great shouts for a little pick me up.
