As Tim Bacon said; Living Ventures really do have the financial backing to do whatever they want creatively. Grand Pacific is an extension of the favourite Living Ventures owned Australasia restaurant – a contemporary colonial oasis in the heart of Spinningfields. It promises to combine modern Australian cuisine and Pacific Rim flavours with a wealth of delicious cocktails.
With a canopied outdoor garden, Grand Pacific offers a lighter side of the Australasia experience and a refreshing retreat from the bustle of the city. It still cleverly maintains its very private VIP ambience.
There’s some obvious synergy with Australasia with it’s beautiful light coloured decor, bar identity and a stairway leading you to the back of Australasia itself (behind the kitchen area/near toilets).
A good time of the year to make an appearance, competing with other outdoor venues Spinningfields (even Living Ventures opened has to offer. Australasia has a strong fan base and this is a great ground/outdoor base for them to get their Australasian kicks.
