Premiering in Manchester, prior to West End, opening 12th February at The Opera House – voted one of the funniest movies of all time and now a major new musical comedy, Broadway’s hottest director Jerry Mitchell presents Dirty Rotten Scoundrels. Starring the Tony and BAFTA award winning actor Robert Lindsay, the comedy legend Rufus Hound and TV & film star Samantha Bond – Manchester gets it first.
The show will play the Opera House, Manchester and Aylesbury Waterside before opening at the Savoy Theatre, London on March 10.
Dirty Rotten Scoundrelsis based on the legendary 1988 film starring Michael Caine and Steve Martin, directed by Frank Oz. It will be the UK premiere of this new production, which has been reconceived and reimagined for the UK stage.
