A new all-vegan recipe kit delivery service has launched in Manchester, offering home-cooked plant based meals in 20 minutes.

Shaking up the vegan offering in the recipe meal market, Beetbox customers will be able to choose from a wide range of new and exciting recipes for singles, couples and families to make at home.

You can choose which meals you fancy from their regularly changing selections, with options including the likes of tofu tikka masala, mushroom carbonara and cottage pie, all delivered to front doors nationwide with easy-to-follow instructions.

The weekly subscription service has been launched by the masterminds behind award-winning plant based eatery, Vertigo.

Credited with revolutionising the vegan offering, Vertigo’s much loved plant-based menu has become a firm favourite in the North West and has been named as one of the top 20 vegan restaurants in the UK.

Challenging the likes of Gousto and HelloFresh, the at-home vegan recipe boxes are priced from just £3.75 per meal with free nationwide delivery.

In addition to providing the exact ingredients to reduce food wastage, Beetbox is the first recipe kit delivery service to offer fully recyclable, compostable packaging.

“We really believe that vegan meals should be easy for everyone to enjoy, not just those who are looking to reduce their meat and dairy intake, but also families who just need a little bit of help in the kitchen,” said Michael Jebelli, founder of Beetbox and Vertigo.

“The recipes all take inspiration from our restaurant best sellers, and range from simple, quick meals to the more challenging delicious dinners that will entertain budding chefs.

“The fresh ingredients provided in the recipe boxes are high quality and sustainably sourced, and we’re pleased to be supporting local farmers in this difficult time.

“We’re extremely proud to be launching our Beetbox concept and we can’t wait to teach customers how to cook up amazing vegan meals themselves from scratch.”
