There’s no need to sleigh ride to Lapland to meet Father Christmas this year – as Chill Factore has unveiled its new winter wonderland where children can meet Santa in real snow.

Opening from Saturday 16th November at the Trafford Park snow slope, Chill Factore says it’s the ONLY grotto in the UK to be based on real snow.

Santa and his helpers are busy putting the final touches to the festive snow park, where children will be able to make Christmas cards for loved ones and write their own Christmas list, before hand-delivering it to Santa inside the grotto.

Every child that visits will receive a special gift from Santa before embarking on an hour of snow fun at Chill Factore’s Snow Park (ages 4+) or 30 minutes of play in Mini Moose Land (ages 3 and under).

Plus, parents will have the opportunity to treasure the moment forever with a photo of their experience and other souvenirs available in the gift shop afterwards.

Tickets to visit Santa and Snow Park are available from £25 and Santa and Mini Moose Land from just £9.50 – but be warned all children must be accompanied by a paying adult, so it’s not the cheapest of ways to visit the big red guy in Manchester this Christmas.

However, the company is offering an early bird promotion to save 10% on bookings made and taken before 20th December by using promo code: SANTA10.

The grotto will open every weekend from November, and then open every day from 1st December until 24th December.

On the launch of Santa’s grotto, Chill Factore spokesperson, Laura McKiernan said: “We can’t wait for Santa and his helpers to return to the snow again this year.

“Here at Chill Factore, we are the only grotto that promises real snow, making it an unforgettable experience for families ahead of Christmas.

“Guests also have the opportunity to go sledging down the slope, write letters to Father Christmas and create snow angels; it really is Manchester’s very own winter wonderland.”
