We know what you’re thinking. Why on earth are they writing about Christmas 2019 in April?

The answer’s simple. Every year, Mercure Manchester hosts stunning festive parties perfect for that office Christmas do, family gathering or corporate event.

That means that every year there’s always a bunch of people who missed out on one of the biggest and best Christmas shindigs Manchester has to offer and wish they’d booked while they had the chance.

With this in mind, Mercure Manchester wanted to make sure absolutely all festive loving Mancunians (or anyone who just loves a good Christmas do) have plenty of time to talk it over with the boss and get Christmas 2019 locked down well in advance.

So snap out of your resting Grinch face, avoid the disappointment and awkwardness of struggling to find the perfect Christmas venue last minute and ending up in your nearest Wetherspoons with the biggest mishmash of Christmas revellers that you will ever encounter – and give the office something to look forward to this festive season.

Mercure Manchester’s Masquerade Dinner Dance and Private Weeknight Christmas Masquerade promises to be an event full of mystery, intrigue and extravagance.

Now we’re wondering the best way to get the boss to sign off on this…

Masquerade Dinner Dance

Expect the utmost in glamour and festive cheer as chandeliers, confetti cannons and a host of performers welcome you to an unforgettable masquerade dance, right in the heart of Manchester.

Boasting a living – yes, living – red carpet arrival, party-goers can expect a meet-and-greet by fabulous feather girls and an exclusive lounge singer on arrival to the venue.

With mesmerising decor, performers and dancing showgirls, expect some absolute tunes from live interactive DJs performing the biggest and best floor fillers until 1.30am, as well as requests from the crowd (that’s you) and confetti cannons to create some additional sparkle for the evening.

And let’s not forget about the mouth-watering 3-course meal, which comes with tea and coffee. But let’s face it, who’s drinking that at a Christmas do?

The menu is yet to be announced but you can be sure to expect some Christmas classics and festive-inspired creations.

Perfect for groups of 10 up to 550, Mercure Manchester really can accommodate any size of festive gatherings. And each night also gets an extra special after party taking place in the hotel’s Late Lounge, for those of you who want to dance the night away.

Priced at £55 per person, or £65 including half a bottle of wine per person, the Masquerade Dinner Dance available dates are as follows: 30th Nov and the 6th, 7th, 13th, 14th, 20th and 21st Dec.

Private Weeknight Christmas Masquerade

Promising the same glitz and glam as the Masquerade Dinner Dance, these Private Weeknight Christmas Masquerades are packed full of all the same unrivalled entertainment and high energy, but come at a reduced rate for corporate bookings of the same group.

With a minimum of 220 guests up to 550, private event dates include Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays in the run up to Christmas, costing £35 per person or £55 including half a bottle of wine per person on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and £45 per person or £55 including half a bottle of wine per person on Thursdays.

With both festive events getting the party started early, the pre-party begins at 6pm – 7pm, with guests seated for dinner at 7.30pm and the bar and disco open until the early hours.

Whether you’re celebrating with friends, family or work colleagues, yule be sorry you missed this.

You won’t find any city centre Christmas parties that are as expertly put together as Mercure Manchester’s – especially ones that don’t break the bank.

Will you be the one who has a little bit too much Buck’s Fizz and end up making a fool of yourself? Don’t worry – it’s Christmas, we’ll let you off!

Let your boss have the final sleigh – and show him just how good value for money these 2019 festive deals really are.
